The Company does not accept orders from children under the age of 14 who require the consent of a legal representative. In such cases, the User must submit a power of attorney in the form of Annex No. 11 of the Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods.
To protect the user' personal information and handle complaints related to personal information, the Company has designated relevant departments, and a Chief Privacy Officer as follows. The user can report all personal information protection-related complaints that arise while using the Company's services to the Chief Privacy Officer or personal information protection department and the Company's customer call center. The company will provide prompt and sufficient responses to the user’s reports.
