3. Retention and use period of personal information

The Company will retain and utilize the user's personal information only during the period of providing the service as follows. The user’s personal information will be destroyed without delay if they withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information, and if their personal information has been provided to a third party, the Company will instruct the third party to destroy it as well. However, if there is a need to preserve the user's personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the user's personal information may be stored as follows:

4. Disposal procedure and method of personal information

In principle, the Company will destroy personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

If the user requests correction of an error in their personal information, the Company will not use the personal information or provide it to a third party until it is corrected. 11. Personal information protection of children under 14 years of age

The Company does not accept orders from children under the age of 14 who require the consent of a legal representative. Nevertheless, if a person under the age of 14 uses the services provided by the Company, the exercise of rights related to Article 7 (How to view, update, and modify personal information and withdraw consent) may be done by the user's representatives, such as the legal representative or a person who has been delegated by the user. In such cases, the User must submit a power of attorney in the form of Annex No. 11 of the Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods.

12. Department responsible for handling complaints and related complaints regarding personal information

To protect the user' personal information and handle complaints related to personal information, the Company has designated relevant departments, and a Chief Privacy Officer as follows. The user can report all personal information protection-related complaints that arise while using the Company's services to the Chief Privacy Officer or personal information protection department and the Company's customer call center. 13. Obligation to notify

Any additions, deletions or modifications to this privacy policy due to changes in laws, policies or security technologies will be announced on the website at least seven (7) days in advance before the changed privacy policy becomes effective.
