Cuckoo (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the personal information protection regulations of relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and has established a privacy policy in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to best protect the rights and interests of customers.

1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information

The Company uses the collected personal information only for the purpose of verifying identity when customers order products or when we provide customer service to respond promptly to customers’ requests according to the type of customer service. If the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. Personal information collection items and collection methods

(1) Collection of personal information when using the website

Customers can access the Company's website (www.cuckoofoodshop.com) without any separate personal information registration process. However, the following minimum personal information is processed.

However, if the Company needs to maintain the customer's personal information in accordance with legal provisions such as the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company may store the customer's personal information as follows. In such cases, the personal information is managed only for the purpose of storing.

Exchanges or refunds are possible for damages suffered by consumers upon the consumer dispute resolution standards notified by the Fair Trade Commission, if they are deemed legitimate.
